DEEP because it's all about 1 John 4:9-10, God showing us his love through Jesus' death on the cross.
BOUNCY because Jesus is ALIVE, and that's great!

Sing about... "Forgiveness..."
Why do we need Jesus' forgiveness, and how do we get it? Acts 10:43 tells us, in Peter's words: "All the prophets testify that everyone who trusts in Jesus receives forgiveness of sins in his name" - Brilliant!
It's such great news it deserves a bouncy fun new song to celebrate it - so here's "Forgiveness..."

Holiday Club Songs for Children
Maybe you can run a Holiday Club this year?
What kind of club are you planning? Summer Holiday clubs, VBS, Backyard Bible Clubs, Summer Camp, CPAS Pathfinder Ventures - whatever it is, children's Bible songs that are good for Sunday School are also great for holiday clubs! We've got lots of great songs: songs that help the kids hear and remember the Bible, songs to jump around to, songs the kids won't forget, most of all: songs about Jesus!
Some of my songs were written specially for our holiday club here, and so they've got four verses to match four daily themes... Here's a list of some of the themed songs, in case you need some inspiration:
- "Galilee", and "Click! He's the image" to go with it - Jesus by the sea of Galilee
- "Go lets Go!" and "Paul Paul" - Paul's life and journeys
- "Rocky's Road", and "If I was Peter" for Peter and Jesus
- "Jesus has a Party" and "Party Party" and "Luke 19v10 (Seek and save the lost)" for a "Parties..." theme
It hasn't got themed verses, but "God has a plan" was great for the "Bible Overview" theme we did.

"He's Alive" video - Easter idea
"He's Alive!" - the great new of the Resurrection. Getting ready for Easter? Here's an easy song that's great fun to sing, and with the great Bible truth of 1 Peter 1v3 ringing out loud and clear: "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he's given us new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead!"

"O Holy Spirit" - Pentecost song about His fruit!
This is perfect for a Pentecost Service, or your online Kids Club. I've done an Acoustic version with Actions (Motions) - it's on YouTube:
It's based on Galatians 5:22-23, where Paul describes the impact that the Holy Spirit has on a believer's life - the fruit of the Spirit. Great fun for children to sing in your praise and worship times, and solid Bible stuff so you won't go astray!

It was a GOOD Friday!
Strange really - it was Bad, it was Mad, and it was Sad - but all in all, it was a GOOD day for all of us. The day that Jesus died on the Cross, Good Friday. That's the wonder of Easter - and that's what the song Good Friday is all about.
It's from Mark 15:33-39, with the darkness, Jesus' cry, and the centurion's words. It's great for kids of age 5 and upwards, and even the grown-ups enjoy it!
