What's going on with Maynard's Groovy Bible Tunes, from day to day...
It's Love that we're talking about!
That's a line from my latest song - currently being tried out by Holy Trinity's "HotShots" kid's club.
It's 1 Corinthians 13:4-6, with a great MGBT-styly groove.
Here are the lyrics:
1. It’s patient, kind and it doesn’t envy:
It’s love that we’re talking about!
It never boasts, it’s not proud or rude:
It’s love that we’re talking about!
Soppy? NO! Kissy? YUCK!
But love is most excellent!

2. It’s not self-seeking, easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs,
It finds delight in truth and not evil,

3. It keeps protecting and always trusting
